Source: citifmonline.com - The workers of Metro Mass Transit Limited (MMT) have told Citi News they are ready to substantiate their allegations of malfeasance against the Deputy Managing Director....
“and they have become his personal properties and so that is our worry.”
According to him, the workers have evidence and are willing to provide them to the investigation team.
“We have the evidence, but we are just waiting for the final verdict; otherwise, we can come out with the evidence that we have. We are having the evidence, so we are not lying and we can prove to Ghanaians that we are saying the truth,” he stressed.
Mr. Ahenkorah was optimistic that the investigations ordered by the President will prove their case.
“I know that this is not going to be the final verdict from the President. He says they should step aside, and he is going to conduct further investigations, so we are waiting for the final report,” he said.
He, however, mentioned that since the Minister Dzifa Attivor appealed to them to give the government two weeks to address the matter, the workers are eagerly waiting because “we know something better will come out of it.”
