Togbe Kpor commended the people for providing free labour and urged the pupils and teachers to make good use of the facilities.
He advised parents not to relent in investing in the education of their children and urged them to develop interest in the academic development of their children. Mr Kasu appealed to government to absorb the Community Technical/Vocational School. He said some sanitation and education projects including teachers bungalows would soon start in Klefe-Demeti and Dome and called for support from the community. Mr Divine Ferg Afedo, Ho Central Constituency Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), appealed to parents in the community to stop taking their children to schools in Ho and help improve education in the area. Klefe, in the past four years, has undertaken several self-help projects to improve education infrastructure in the area and halt falling standards. |
