Ibrahim Nurudeen was arrested Wednesday afternoon after he attempted administering medication to a patient on admission in one of the wards at the facility.
The suspect according to reports has been parading himself as a medical doctor at the facility for the past four days but was arrested after he failed to answer questions posed to him by a security officer in the hospital.
The security officer called Affum Adjei in an interview with Adom News said though the suspect was dressed as a doctor with his stethoscope he was acting strangely.
So Affum said he decided to ask Ibrahim basic questions about the medical profession and he was found fumbling in his response.
It was when the security man threatened to alert the police when the suspect admitted that he had been parading as a doctor at the hospital because he was deeply interested in the job.
