Source: citifmonline.com - The Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) has directed the National Information Technology Agency (NITA) to block its website temporarily...
Speaking to Citi News, the Public Relations Officer of CHRAJ, Bernice Adu said the Commission will commence investigations into the incident while the site is temporarily blocked.
Bernice Adu told Citi News, CHRAJ has asked “NITA to block the site while we initiate investigations into what really happened.”
“We have our IT department which is responsible, but I cannot tell how long it will take to restore the site,” she added.
The hackers have not given any reason for their action, but some experts say government websites are being targeted because of their poor security features.
