Source: GNA - The Management of Melcom Group of Companies has debunked reports, alleging noticeable cracks on concrete pillars of the Melcom Plus Shop in Accra.

The Group noted that the report, which also stated that there was panic among customers at 10:00 hours on the day in question as a result of the cracks, was untrue.

In a response to an email sent by Joy Business seeking interpretation on Ghana’s position as one of the countries that have qualified for, eligible, or may wish to seek HIPC assistance, the IMF clarified that Ghana has already, received, debt relief under the HIPC initiative and it is at post-completion point.

Muslims celebrate Eid al-Adha  24/09/2015

Forty-seven National Democratic Congress (NDC) Parliamentary Aspirants in the Upper East Region were on Tuesday, vetted in Bolgatanga by the National and Regional Executives of the party.
Hon. Albert AbongoOut of the forty-seven aspirants contesting the fifteen constituencies in the region, only three of them are females.

Some of the aspirants include incumbent Members of Parliament (MP). Three boys gang rape 2 year-old girl and sister

Source: atinkaonline.com - A two -year-old girl and her 15 –year- old sister have been allegedly defiled by three boys at Glefe in Dasoman.
The two sisters had sought shelter in a neigbbour’s kiosk since it was too late in the night to go home after attending a church programme.

However, their neighbour’s son and his two other male friends allegedly drugged the girls and sexually abused them while they were asleep.
